Engaged in real estate operations, New York City, making a specialty in mortgage loans. President Union Mortgage Co., Rutgers Realty Co., S. F. Adams Realty Co.: vice-president Fairchild Co., vice-president and trustee U.S. Savings Bank.

Served in Seventh regiment New York N.G., seven years; in Troop 2, Squadron A, six years; service medal of State of N.Y. Republican. Presbyterian. Member Alumni Association, Columbia School of Mines. Clubs: Riding, Quill, Adirondack League, Union League, Barnard, Nassau Country, Lawyers.
